SortedSocials is a trading name of HGMUK Group Limited. Registered in England and Wales. Company No. 15356755.

1. About SortedSocials

SortedSocials provides monthly AI-generated social media content for small businesses. Content is created using the information provided during onboarding and is delivered by email each month.

2. Subscription

SortedSocials is a monthly subscription service. Once subscribed, your payment will be taken automatically each month through Stripe.

The launch price is £9.99 per month for the first 6 months. After this period, the subscription continues at £12.99 per month unless cancelled.

3. Delivery of content

Your social media content will be generated and emailed to you each month. You do not need to submit a new form each month unless we request updated information from you.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Once cancelled, future monthly payments will stop.

Cancellation will not usually result in a refund for payments already taken, unless required by law or agreed by us in writing.

5. Refunds

Because SortedSocials provides digital content and monthly content generation, payments are generally non-refundable once the service for that billing period has started.

6. Use of content

You may use the content we provide for your own business social media accounts, website, emails and marketing activity.

You are responsible for reviewing the content before posting and making sure it is accurate, appropriate and suitable for your business.

7. AI-generated content

SortedSocials uses AI-supported tools to help generate content. While we aim to provide useful and relevant content, we cannot guarantee that every caption, idea or suggestion will be perfect or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

SortedSocials is designed to support your marketing activity, but we do not guarantee specific results, sales, engagement, follower growth or business outcomes.

9. Changes to the service

We may update, improve or change the service from time to time. If a significant change affects your subscription, we will aim to let you know.
