Subscription Cancellation

SortedSocials is a monthly subscription service. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

When you cancel, no further payments will be taken. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Refund Policy

SortedSocials provides personalised digital content that is created specifically for your business.

Once your monthly content has been generated and sent to you, no refunds will be provided.

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, such as a duplicate payment or an error in billing, please contact us as soon as possible and we will investigate the matter.

Refund requests relating to billing issues will be considered on a case-by-case basis and, where appropriate, may be issued at our discretion.
